It’s Day 11, and naturally this is there is where Movie Month goes to 11!? Yes, the band is back together for one (final?) big show in “Spinal Tap II: The End Continues,” and there was a smile attached to my face for the entire (not very long) movie.
Very bittersweet seeing Rob Reiner on the last thing he worked on, but it was also just great to see these four comedic legends just seamlessly working off of each other one last time. And just because band members are characters played by three of these legends, don’t sleep on how they all actually are musically.
Very, very happy that I finally watched this and that I made it part of this year’s festivities.
